High-performance Multi-unit Laser Displacement Sensors

The sensor head features a built-in displacement measurement function. Measured value output by way of RS-422, as well as laser OFF input/ synchronous input can be controlled without use of an amplifier unit.

Up to three sensor heads can be connected to one　amplifier unit.
By sending measurement data at high speeds, multi-point measurements such as for thickness, height difference and parallelism can be performed using one amplifier unit.
